Even the pre-trip preparation by Mie was excellent - quick replies and good communication. The tour itself was superb, and Khai was a very good, friendly guide who spoke excellent English. We felt well supported throughout and would happily travel with Neos Travel again.

Dear Emilia, a huge thank you for this unique journey you created for us. Your choice of hotels was fantastic, and we were completely satisfied. Our two guides were very attentive, adapting to the needs of our family and especially our child, and we were pleasantly surprised. What we couldn't manage on day one, we made up the next day. That kind of flexibility is wonderfully reassuring. A big thanks to Neos Travel for making it all happen.

From the first contact with Minh through the planning to the trip itself, everything worked flawlessly. Our wishes were listened to and included in the itinerary. On-site, everything ran smoothly (airport transfers to and from). The selected hotels were top-notch and the guides were excellent in their own ways. We had a lot of fun throughout the trip; the support was simply superb.

Neos Travel did an outstanding job before the trip. Ms. Min was always reachable and responded in no time. In Laos and Cambodia we felt very secure because we could rely on everyone. The guides were competent and looked after us very well. We opted for a trekking route, which took us off the beaten path. That part was also perfect. Beautiful accommodations. We can wholeheartedly recommend this experience with Neos Travel.

We just completed an 11-day, independently guided tour through North and South Vietnam with Neos Travel. Our experience was excellent. Our contact at Neos Travel, Ms. Mie, was available 24/7, a huge thanks to her. The on-site support was great. The itinerary was thorough and varied, and we could adjust parts of it on the ground. We came away with countless impressions of daily life in rural areas and in the big cities, as well as impressive natural experiences, all guided by genuinely good tour guides. Highlights for us included a Vespa ride through Ho Chi Minh City, a Jeep tour around Hanoi (we would have loved it to be a full day), the Mekong Delta, and Cat Tien National Park with the best guide you could imagine (many thanks again). A few small downsides: some attractions were very crowded, especially in the north. It would have been nicer to do activities that were less crowded, even if we missed a few big highlights. Travel times were sometimes a bit tight, especially in the big cities. Our verdict: a really well-planned trip with only minor drawbacks, crafted to be truly flexible and personalized. We always felt well looked after. Many thanks again to everyone involved at Neos Travel.

Excellent organization. Our trip was top-notch in every respect. Superb guides. Excellent accommodations. It was also wonderful to be able to adjust plans when, for example, it was too hot for a bike ride. With Neos Travel, we'd travel with you again.
