Day 1

Day 2
Exploring Tanah Lot Temple

Points of Interest : Tanah Lot
Today you enjoy a guided walk through nearby villages. Follow paths through rice fields, take in the scenery and visit the iconic sea temple of Tanah Lot. This sacred Balinese site is especially impressive at high tide, when powerful waves crash against the rock on which the temple sits. Locals consider it a highly energetic place where many ceremonies are held.

Day 3
Transfer to Ubud, Bali’s Cultural and Artistic Heart

Your driver picks you up from the hotel and you travel towards Ubud, the cultural and artistic centre of Bali. En route, you visit the beautiful temples of Taman Ayun and Tirta Taman Mumbul, admiring their serene architecture and tranquil gardens before continuing to your hotel in Ubud.

Day 4
Community Tourism with PKP Community Centre & Planeterra

This morning your driver takes you north of Ubud for an immersive cultural experience with the PKP community, an organisation that strongly supports Balinese women and offers a safe space especially for divorced women.
You meet the founder, Ibu Sari, who shares background information about the community and her inspiring personal story.
Food & cooking demonstration (2.5 hours): Enjoy traditional Balinese dishes and join the PKP team in a hands-on cooking class in the newly renovated kitchen, upgraded thanks to this partnership.
Garden walk (25 minutes): Learn about Balinese flora and fauna and the importance of nature in local culture and traditions. See native species and medicinal plants and discover how the partnership helped make the path more visitor-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
Offering ritual (25 minutes): Take part in a simple offering ceremony that is central to Balinese Hindu culture. Prepare and present floral offerings while learning about the meaning behind this beautiful practice, which can feel spiritual, meditative or simply fascinating.
The excursion lasts around 4 hours; your driver is available for up to 8 hours in total today.

Day 5
VW Convertible Tour Around Ubud

Discover the highlights around Ubud on a nostalgic VW convertible tour. Your driver stops at various viewpoints and cultural sites so you can explore temples, waterfalls and other scenic spots.
Optional stops include: Taman Sari Waterfall, the ancient site of Gunung Kawi, the tranquil Pura Mengening temple and the famous Tegallalang rice terraces. Enjoy the fresh air and open views as you cruise through the countryside.

Day 6
Mount Batur Volcano Tour & Sunrise Hike

With your driver at disposal today, you set off very early for Mount Batur. Hike to the summit in about two hours to secure a good spot at roughly 1,700 metres above sea level before sunrise.
Watch dawn break over Lake Batur below, with Bali’s other volcanoes—Abang, Agung and Batukaru—silhouetted in the distance. Steam rises from the crater walls, reminding you that Batur is still active.
If you have the energy, you can visit Pura Batur and then unwind in nearby natural hot springs before returning to Ubud.

Day 7
From Ubud to Sanur via Goa Gajah & Sukawati Market

Today you leave Bali’s green interior and head to the coast at Sanur.
On the way, you stop at Goa Gajah, the 9th-century “Elephant Cave” temple, where you can explore the elaborately carved entrance and atmospheric courtyards. Continue to Sukawati Market, the perfect place to test your bargaining skills and pick up gifts—from colourful sarongs to handmade bracelets and bags—before arriving at your beach hotel in Sanur.

Day 8
Relax on Sanur Beach

After breakfast, enjoy a completely free day by the sea. Do as much or as little as you like: try yoga, stand-up paddleboarding or other water activities, or simply unwind on the beach.
If you wish, a day trip to nearby Nusa Lembongan or Nusa Penida can be arranged for more snorkelling, cliff views or island exploration.

Day 9
Komodo Boat Adventure Begins

Depending on your flight schedule, your driver transfers you from your hotel to Denpasar Airport for your domestic flight to Labuan Bajo on Flores Island.
On arrival in Labuan Bajo, you are met by your driver and taken to the harbour to board your boat for the start of your Komodo adventure. Spend the rest of the day on board, soaking up the scenery and making your first stop at Kelor Island.
Climb to the viewpoint on Kelor for sweeping views of the islands, then cool off with a swim in the turquoise sea before returning to the boat for the night.

Day 10
Komodo or Rinca Island & Snorkelling Spots

After a night on board, you wake up early and, after breakfast, cruise to either Komodo or Rinca Island. Set off on a roughly two-hour guided walk to observe the famous Komodo dragons in their natural habitat.
For safety, you follow the instructions of the park ranger who accompanies your trek. Afterwards, you continue your cruise through Komodo National Park.
In the afternoon, depending on weather and sea conditions, you can swim, relax on the beach or snorkel at vibrant spots where you may see turtles, manta rays and dolphins.

Day 11
Final Day at Sea & Return to Labuan Bajo

Your driver meets you at the port and transfers you to your hotel, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset view over the harbour and surrounding islands.

Day 13
Bukit Peninsula Beaches & Uluwatu Kecak Show

With your driver available for up to eight hours today, you explore the beautiful beaches of the Bukit Peninsula. Depending on your preferences and sea conditions, you can visit spots such as Padang Padang, Thomas Beach, Green Bowl Beach or Pandawa Beach for swimming, sunbathing or surfing.
Later, you head to Pura Luhur Uluwatu, dramatically perched on a cliff above the turquoise sea and surrounded by dense forest. As the sun sets, you watch the famous Kecak fire dance performance in this spectacular setting.

Free Beach Day on the Bukit Peninsula

There are countless options, so you will not be bored. If you prefer to slow down, simply relax by the pool or on the beach with your favourite book and savour your last moments in Bali. Today, a driver is not at your disposal.

Goodbye, Indonesia
