After breakfast your guide takes you to the Giza Plateau to explore the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, as well as the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. You then continue to Saqqara to discover the Step Pyramid of Djoser, considered the oldest pyramid in the world. After lunch you visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where you can admire the colossal statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx.

You are picked up from your Cairo hotel at 7:00 a.m. and driven to El Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea coast. Spend a relaxing day at the Stella Di Mare hotel, enjoying the sandy beaches, swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea, or simply sunbathing by the pool. At 5:00 p.m. you depart from Stella Di Mare and return to Cairo in the evening.

After breakfast you fly from Cairo to Aswan. On arrival you are transferred to your Nile cruise ship. You then set out to visit the Aswan High Dam, learn about its impact on the Nile valley, and continue by boat to the picturesque Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. You also visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarries before returning to the ship to enjoy dinner on board.

Today the ship sails north along the Nile to Kom Ombo. You disembark to visit the unique twin temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris. After exploring the reliefs and sacred spaces, you continue cruising toward Edfu, where you relax on board and enjoy your meals as the river scenery drifts by.

After breakfast you visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. You then return to the cruise ship and sail on to Luxor. Upon arrival you explore the monumental Karnak Temple complex and the elegant Luxor Temple, both located on the East Bank of the Nile and linked by the Avenue of Sphinxes.

After disembarking from the cruise, you head to the West Bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, where you enter three royal tombs adorned with vibrant wall paintings. Later in the day you are transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo, and upon arrival you return to your hotel.

Today you delve into Cairo’s history and culture. You start at the Egyptian Museum, home to thousands of ancient artifacts, statues and treasures. The tour ends at the Cairo Tower, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sprawling city from its observation deck.
