Huge praise to everyone involved from Neos Travel. We booked a western Malaysia itinerary starting from Singapore and can only report positive things. Nico and Melina were incredibly quick to respond during the planning, answered all questions, and were patient with hotel and schedule changes, even on weekends. As Malaysia newcomers we kept to the originally proposed route, which proved to be the right choice. A perfect mix of culture and nature. Throughout the trip everything ran via WhatsApp; those involved in tours were added to the shared channel in advance, which we really appreciated. We received quick information for all questions, even at odd hours. All guides and drivers were punctual and everything ran smoothly. We can wholeheartedly recommend the trip and Neos Travel, and we thank you for the excellent organization and effortless support.

Our trip was simply dreamlike! Nico organized everything superbly and always made sure to attend to all our wishes and needs. From the very first planning to the final minutes on-site, we felt well looked after. The on-site support was also top-notch. The drivers were punctual, friendly, and helpful, which made our journey even more enjoyable. The hotel selection was especially positive; each hotel was carefully chosen and offered the perfect comfort and a pleasant atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. We can wholeheartedly recommend Neos Travel and especially Nico's team. The professionalism and dedication we experienced exceeded our expectations. We would travel with them again anytime!

From Singapore to Langkawi, we had a fantastic journey along Malaysia’s west coast with Neos Travel. We started in the modern, clean metropolis of Singapore, where many cultures live together in harmony, then visited Melaka to admire Dutch influences, and finally Kuala Lumpur with the glowing Petronas Towers at night. The Malaysian jungle was impressive as well; wildlife is scarce, except for the monkeys, but the plant life was stunning, especially when explained by our excellent guide, Jason. A few relaxing days on the small island of Rebak near Langkawi rounded off the trip. We were very happy with the organization and always received prompt answers to any questions. Thanks to Neos Travel and especially Melina, who tailored the trip to our individual wishes!

Neos Travel delivered a well-organized trip, and our guides Balan and James were outstanding. The week on Langkawi was beautiful and relaxing. One small suggestion: an app that shows all destinations with hotels and points of interest on-site would be helpful. Otherwise, everything ran smoothly, and we’d gladly travel with Neos Travel again.

Overall, the trip was very well organized by Neos Travel. We liked the itinerary, and the hotels were consistently excellent. Our Kuala Lumpur local guide was outstanding; thanks to her, we managed to visit Batu Caves, which would have been inaccessible the next day due to a religious festival. Unfortunately, the English-speaking driver listed in the booking was quite inexperienced and spoke hardly any English. He did drive us to Mirror Lake, a Malay village, and the Orang Asli, but he couldn't tell us much about the sights. He initially couldn’t find the Taiping Botanical Garden. He was friendly and drove well, but we would have preferred a driver with a bit more language and local knowledge.

It was a very enjoyable circuit through Malaysia, but there is room to better accommodate European travelers. European guests should be offered hotels that align with their preferences, including access to alcohol where appropriate. Depending on the weather, other sights should be available that don’t involve muddy and potentially risky jungle hikes. Please inform travelers that many visits are better suited for healthy, younger people. Otherwise there is too much free time and too little guidance on good, affordable local options.
